摘 要:目前国内外绩效申诉的理论研究比较少,而关于绩效申诉对企业劳动关系的影响研究则更加缺乏。绩效申诉是实现企业绩效管理公平性的重要保障,是劳动争议企业内部调节的重要机制,对企业建设和谐劳动关系具有重要意义。为了构建科学的绩效申诉处理机制,我国必须推动企业确立兼顾效率、公平和发言权平衡的劳动关系管理目标,建立科学的企业绩效申诉处理制度和流程,提高绩效申诉调解技巧。Nowadays there are few theories and studies about achievements appeal both at home and abroad, and studies about achievements appeal’s influence on labor relation are less. Achievements appeal is important to ensure the fair achievement management of enterprises, and it is also the important adjustment mechanism for labor controversy within the enterprise, thus it has great significance to the construction of harmonious labor relation. In order to construct scientific achievement appealing mechanism, our nation must promote enterprises to regard efficiency, fairness and balanced voice as the aim of their labor relation management, to establish scientific regulations and procedures for achievement appeal, and to improve the skills for mediating achievement appeal.
