摘　　要：艺术设计类毕业生的频繁跳槽势必造成艺术设计人才培养的高成本、艺术设计行业人力资源的浪费、艺术设计类人才流动的无序性和自身发展的局限性等多种不良影响,最终影响到整个艺术设计行业的可持续健康发展。为此,专门针对艺术设计类毕业生频繁跳槽导致离职率高的现象进行广泛深入的原因探析并尝试提出切实有效的对策,具有深远的理论指导和实践意义。The art design graduates of frequent job-hopping would cause art design talents training high cost, art design industry waste of human resources, art design kind of the flow of talent unsoundness and its own devel- oping limitations and so on many kinds of adverse impact, ultimately affect the whole art design industry sustain- able healthy development. Therefore, especially for art design graduates to frequent job-hopping high turnover of the phenomenon of extensive and in-depth analysis of the causes and to bring forward some effective countermeasures, has profound theoretical guidance and practical meaning.
