摘  要:体育院校辅导员作为学生政治及生活的组织者、指导者和教育者,对学生全面发展起着举足轻重的作用。文章针对体育院校构建学习型辅导员队伍的必要性及内涵进行分析,并提出现阶段体育院校学习型辅导员队伍构建的有效策略,探讨了体育院校学习型辅导员队伍构建的推进机制,为推动体育院校辅导员专业化、职业化的进程提供参考。As the organizer, guider and educator, the instructor in PE academy plays an important role for the overall development of the students. Based on the several requirements for the knowledge economy development, organizing learning society and the duty to strengthen student' s overall development for their ideological and political education, the necessity of the research was analyzed. In addition, the effective strategy and the pushing mechanism to organize the learning instructor team to promote their specialization and professionalization process were presented.
