摘 要:以某型飞机前起落架为研究对象,利用CATIA建立数字化样机并导入到ADAMS/Aircraft中建立落震虚拟样机。建立了起落架落震动力学仿真分析模型,对缓冲支柱力和轮胎的航向力、垂向力分别进行了建模。进行了设计着陆试验的落震仿真分析,仿真结果与试验结果相差小于5%。进而进行了充填参数容差和储备能量试验的落震仿真分析,仿真结果与试验结果相差均小于5%。模型能够有效地模拟落震试验,为下一步的改型设计奠定了基础,有一定的工程应用和参考价值。The nose landing sear was chosen as subjects to investigate. The digital prototype was set in CATIA and used to establish the virtual prototype in ADAMS/Aircraft. The simulation model for landing gear drop test was set up. And the axial force of the shock absorber and the course force and axial force of tires were established. Then the drop simulations under the design weight landing conditions were given. The differences between the simulation and test results were less than 5%. Furthermore, the simulation under the reserve energy condition was also given. The tolerance of the parameters was also changed to e- valuate the resuhs. The differences between the the model could well simulate the drop test, lay gineering applications and references. resuhs above and the test results were less than 5%.
