摘 要:学前教育以公益性为根本性质。然而当前我国在实现学前教育公益性方面存在诸多问题,主要表现为入园难问题凸显,学前教育的公平性未能充分实现;入园贵现象普遍,学前教育的公共性未能充分实现;市场化倾向严重,学前教育的非营利性未能充分实现。因此,政府应明确责任,保障学前教育公益性的充分实现,促进学前教育可持续发展。Public interest is the nature of preschool education. However,public interest hasn't been realized fully at present in our country. The main problems existing include., admittance of kingdergarten is difficult, thus equity of preschool education hasn't been realized fully;fee of kingdergarten is expensive, thus public nature of preschool education hasn't been realized fully ~ market orientment is obvious, thus non--profit nature of preschool education hasn't been realized fully. Therefore,our government need to clearify the responsibility and ensure the full realization of public nature of preschool education,and then promote preschool education to develop sustainably.
