摘　　要：加强实践教学是培养高素质园艺专业人才的关键。根据种苗工程方向的特点,以社会需求为导向,突出品种选育能力培养,对园艺专业种苗工程方向"专业综合实践"进行了教学改革和实践探索,初步确立了"以品种选育为中心,单项实践、综合实践和项目研究相结合,‘统’、‘分’结合教学,全面培养学生综合能力和研究创新能力"为特点的专业综合实践教学模式,为园艺种苗工程方向专业核心能力养成打下坚实的基础。Strengthening the practice training is the way to cultivate horticultural high-quality professionals. Based on the characteris- tics of seeds and seedlings engineering, the needs of the society, and outstanding breeding capacity-building, teaching reform and practice exploration of professional integrated practice were carried out. The teaching model of professional Integrated practice, char- acterized by ＇ focusing on breeding of horticultural crops＇ , ＇ combining individual practice and integrated practice with research projects＇ , ＇combining general teaching with individual teaching＇ , and ＇to fully develop students＇ comprehensive ability, as well as research and innovation capacity＇ , was initially established, which builds up a solid foundation of professional core competencies in the direction of horticultural seeds and seedlings engineering.
