摘  要:甘肃省少数民族地区由于自然条件艰苦、交通不便等原因,使得幼儿园艺术教育面临着幼儿艺术师资匮乏、幼儿艺术活动场地奇缺、艺术教育经费投入严重不足、高素质幼儿艺术人才难以留住等困难。本文以甘南藏族自治州幼儿园为例,调研了甘肃少数民族地区幼儿园艺术教育面临的问题和困境,提出了改善和提高民族地区幼儿教育的措施和策略。Kindergarten art education in the ethnic minorities of Gansu Province is facing several problems. Due to hard liv- ing and traffic condition in the areas, there are fewer kindergarten teachers and the children don't have good environments to play in; the government do not invest enough money in kindergarten education; the kindergarten teachers who had higher degrees are not willing to teach students in poorly equipped circumstances. Based on the case of kindergartens of Tibetan Autonomous Areas of the South of Gansu, the article researches the kindergarten educational problems in the eth- nic minorities' places, putting forward the approaches and strategies in order to improve and enhance the children educa- tion in the areas.
