摘　　要：从学位社会功能历史演化的角度阐明了专业学位是学位现代化的主要标志。从研究生教育与社会互动发展的角度,分析了中外专业学位现代发展面临的主要问题与原因,对专业学位的发展提出了原则性建议。This paper illustrates the fact that professional degree is the main symbol of degree modernization from the perspective of historical evolution of degree social functions. Then, it analyzes the main problems and causes that professional degree at home and abroad confronts in the process of modern development from the angle of interactive development of postgraduate education and the society. In the end, the paper puts forward principles to solve the problems in the development of professional degree.
