摘 要:深入探讨提花系统,指出提花系统是嵌入式袜机最复杂且速度要求最快的部分,在此基础上,根据袜机的特点以及NAND FLASH的特性,给出花型文件存储模块的硬件设计方案及软件实现方法。并且为了保证提花过程中花型数据的存储安全性及读取高效性,提出基于坏块表的FLASH坏块管理方案及花型数据分段读取算法。经过一年时间的实践表明本袜机提花系统运行稳定、可靠。Jacquard system, which is found in this paper as the part of the hosiery machine to be most complicated and to have highest speed demand, is thoroughly investigated. Then according to the features of hosiery machine and NAND FLASH, the hardware design and software implementation for pattern storage module are suggested. Meanwhile, the management program for FLASH bad block based on bad block table and the piecewise reading algorithms for pattern data are also proposed in order to ensure the security of pattern data storage and the efficiency of reading in jacquard weave process. As a resuh, the jacquard system in hosiery machine is proved to be stable and reliable by one-year practice.
