摘　　要：作为医学教育质量的外部审核机制,医学教育认证对保证教育质量、促进改革与发展起到了积极的作用。国际上已有70多个国家和地区建立了认证制度,中国近十年来也在作相关努力。伴随着《中国本科医学教育标准》的正式颁布、相关认证委员会的组建、认证指南的编写完成、认证专家的培训、试点及正式认证等一系列工作的开展,中国临床医学专业认证体系已初步建立。As an external review mechanism, accreditation for medical education has played a positive role on quality assurance and educational reform promotion. Accreditation systems have been developed in more than 70 countries around the world. China has made great efforts to establish its own accreditation system in the past decade by issuing Chinese Standards for Basic Medical Education, establishing accreditation committees, compiling accreditation guidelines, training qualified assessors and conducting pilot accreditation.
