摘 要:目的探讨岗前职业心理行为培训对合同制新护士自我接纳、应激水平及安全感的影响。方法将合同制新护士共84名,用随机数字表法分为两组,两组均按有关规定进行护理理论、技术操作等方面的职业技能培训,此外试验组还进行了岗前职业心理行为培训。分别于入院培训前及培训后工作3个月时,进行自我接纳问卷(SAQ)、生活应激问卷(SLSI)及安全感量表(SQ)的测试。结果试验组培训前SAQ总分及各因子分、SLSL总分及各因子分、SQ总分及各因子分,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而培训后工作3个月时,试验组各项得分均高于对照组;而SLSI总分及因子分则低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论岗前职业心理行为培训能够提高合同制新护士自我接纳及安全感水平,降低心理应激水平,有利于合同制新护士的心理健康。Objective To explore the influence of pre-post occupational psychological behavior training on the self- recognizing,stress and security in youth contract nurses. Methods Eighty-four youth contract nurses were randomly divided into the training group and the control group. Pre-post occupational psychological behavior training were provided for the training group. The nurses were evaluated by self-recognizing questionnaire (SAQ),life stress questionnaire (SLSI) and security scale (SQ) before training and 3 months post training respectively. Results The SAQ total score and self acceptance,self evaluation factors scores ,SLSI total scores,and human security questionnaire,total SQ determine control factor points of the training group were not different from those of the control group before training(P〉0.05). There were significant differences between the two groups in all scores 3 months after training(P〈0.05). Conclusion Pre-post occupational psychological behavior training can improve self acceptance and security level,reduce the psychological stress level,improve mental heahh in youth contract nurses.
