摘　　要：师资的均衡配置是推进义务教育均衡发展的关键,当前广西不合理的师资配置是影响广西实现义务教育均衡发展的主要障碍之一。分析广西义务教育师资不合理配置的原因,积极探索师资均衡配置的新途径,是合理推进广西义务教育均衡发展的需要。Balanced allocation is the key to promoting the balanced compulsory education development. Currently, improper allo- cation of teaching staff is one of the obstacles that hinder the balanced compulsory education in Guangxi. Analyzing the reasons for the improper allocation of teaching staff and actively exploring new methods of allocating teaching staff is the request of compulsory educa- tion in Guangxi for promoting the balanced development of compulsory education.
