摘　　要：随着现代信息化日新月异的发展,银行会计学突出了高交叉性、高融合性、高实践性的特点,西部高校的民汉一体化教学更是面临市场的检验,因此,我们必须对银行会计学课程加以重视。从课程定位、教材优化、师资培训、实践教学等环节对该课程提出了教学改革构想,认为应注重教学过程,培养市场急需的各民族金融人才。With the rapid development of modern information,bank accounts highlight the high cross,high integration and high practicality of features,integration of people of Chinese teaching in colleges and universities in the West is facing market test and,therefore,our bank accounting course must be taken seriously.From positioning,course optimization of teaching materials,teacher training,practical teaching links on teaching reform of the course provides ideas,think we should focus on the process of teaching,cultivate market needed financial talent among peoples.
