摘 要:中小学课业负担过重,不仅直接影响学生的身心发展,而且也严重阻碍基础教育质量的提高。多年来,尽管全社会都在一直努力根治这一顽疾,但其效果并不理想。若想破解这一长期困扰教育界的难题,还需多管齐下,政府、学校、教师及家长在这场变革中充当着重要角色。The overweight homework burden will not only influence the development of students' body and mind directly, but also severely hinder the quality of the basic education. Even though the whole society has strived for curing this chronic disease over many years, its effectiveness has been not good. If we want to break through this difficult issue which has perplexed the teaching fields, we should take a multi-pronged approach. The government, schools, teachers and parents will play important roles in this education reform.
