摘　　要：辅导员是大学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者。辅导员在工作中应当具有爱心、耐心、细心、责任心,处理好管与放、紧与松、阻与引的关系:通过了解学生、感动学生、教育学生、管理学生,把他们培养成对社会、对国家有贡献的人才。College counselors are the organizers, executors and instructors of ideological and political education in colleges. In this paper, college counselors＇ working methods and prin- ciples are discussed, mainly on how to understand students, mQve students and educate students to make them the high-level talents who can contribute to the country and society.
