摘　　要：目的:研究Reg IV和EGFR在胃癌中的表达及两者的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色法,检测147例手术切除胃癌及癌旁正常胃组织中Reg IV和EGFR的表达情况,并与临床病理特征结合进行综合分析。结果:Reg IV蛋白在胃癌组织和癌旁正常组织中的阳性表达率分别为60.54%,19.70%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);EGFR胃癌组织中表达率55.10%高于癌旁正常组织23.81%,二者之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时Reg IV和EGFR表达呈正相关(r=0.6909,P<0.0001),与胃癌的组织学类型、浸润深度及淋巴结转移具有相关性。结论:Reg IV和EGFR与胃癌的恶性程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移有一定的关系,二者在胃癌的发展中可能具有协同作用,联合检测两种指标可作为判断胃癌生物学行为和预后的重要参考指标。Objective：Detect the expression of Reg IV and EGFR in gastric cancer.Methods： The expression of Reg IV and EGFR protein in 147 paired gastric cancer specimens and adjacent non-tumour tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results： The positive rates of Reg IV protein expression were 60.54%,19.73% in gastric cancer and normal tissues（P0.05）.The expression of EGFR in cancer 55.10% was much high than that in normal tissues 23.81%（P0.05）.A significant positive correlation was observed between Reg IV and EGFR expression（r=0.6909,P0.0001）.Their expressions were associated with clinical stage,the depth of invasion,and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer.Conclusion： The expression of Reg IV and EGFR were correlated with the degree of differentiation,depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis.And they could be used to evaluate the biological behaviors and prognosis of gastric cancer.
