摘　　要：文中首先分析广西培养高职物流专业林产品物流特色人才的重要性;然后,提出林产品物流人才的培养目标、培养模式;最后,从人才培养体系、课程与教材体系、人才评价体系等方面加强广西高职物流专业林产品物流特色人才培养,对于培养服务广西地方经济的、本土化的高职物流专业林产品物流人才具有一定的指导意义。This paper firstly analyzes the guangxi for training higher vocational logistics professional forest product logistics characteristics the necessity and the urgency of the talents;Then,put forward forest product logistics talents training target,training model,Finally,from the personnel training system,curriculum and teaching material system,talent evaluation system to strengthen logistics management specialty in higher vocational colleges in guangxi forest product logistics characteristic talents cultivation,to cultivate service guangxi local economic,the localization of logistics management specialty in higher vocational colleges logistics personnel forest product has certain directive significance.
