高职院校学生顶岗实习期间的管理探析

摘　　要：顶岗实习能实现学生与企业的零距离接触,培养学生的实践能力、专业技能、敬业精神和严谨求实作风等综合职业素质。为使顶岗实习取得良好的预期效果,必须加强学校顶岗实习管理的力度,对学生进行正确引导;同时企业也可参与学生顶岗实习的管理及成绩评定。Post practice grants students opportunities to get familiar with the enterprises, cultivate their comprehensive professional quali-ties, such as thek practical abilities, technical skills, professional dedication and rigorous work style. To achieve desirable effec-tiveness of post practice, we must strengthen the management of post practice; guide them correctly properly. Meanwhile, the enterprises can participate in the management and grading.
