摘　　要：目前国内开展的临床研究数量逐年增多,而研究质量受行业内临床研究服务模式的限制存在不足。鉴于现行各服务模式的优劣,整合学术和商业资源,以学术研究组织(ARO)主导,合同研究组织(CRO)和基地管理组织(SMO)参与的合作模式ARO-CRO-SMO无疑更为合理和高效。该模式中ARO不仅负责试验方案设计、医学撰写、数据安全监测,同时优先承担数据管理和统计分析工作。CRO主要提供临床监查服务,负责临床试验有效实施和监督。SMO通过派驻临床协调员,直接协助研究者参与临床研究的执行。该模式使研究参与者各司其职,保证整个临床研究流程的完整性和专业性,保障临床研究质量和效率,更适合目前国内的临床研究环境。而且ARO的主导地位也使临床研究的科学性和独立性得到较好体现。Recent trends show that an everincreasing number of clinical trials are being performed in Chi na. However, the current structure of research organizations is inadequate, so it is necessary to develop a new mod el to provide a better service to clinical research. The sources of academic and commercial have been assembled to setup a new model based on the partnership among the Academic Research Organization （ARO） , Contract Re search Organization （CRO） and Site Management Organization （SMO）. The ARO takes the leadership in this model. The AROCROSMO model can ensure the validity and scientific merit of the trial, as well as the quality and efficiency of the clinical research.
