摘　　要：论文依托相关胜任力理论和模型,对江苏省本科院校图书馆部主任进行了胜任力问卷调查,调查结果揭示了目前江苏省学术图书馆部主任胜任力的现状,并发现随着性别、年龄、学术背景、机构级别等因素的不同,部主任反映出的胜任特征亦有所不同。Based on the theories and models of competence, this paper made a survey and research on competence of library directors in universities and colleges of Jiangsu Province. The results reveal the current situation of competence of library directors in universities and colleges of Jiangsu Province, and found that with varies of gender, age, academic background and institutional level, the competence characteristics of these directors are different.
