国联教育考察团报告之职业教育的主张、建议及影响述评

摘　　要：国联教育考察团来华考察这一事件是国民政府与国际联盟技术合作的一项重要内容,也是我国中外教育交流史上的一件大事。国联教育考察团报告指出了当时中国职业教育存在的六大问题:对职业教育重视不够、教育管理权混乱、与普通教育混同、课程安排不合理、入学考试不合理导致学生未能招满、师资训练不够。提出了七大建议:大力发展职业教育、设立唯一的职业教育管理机构、建立完整的职业教育体系、职业教育与普通教育相互融通、注重实际的教学方法、加强教师的培养与培训、建立职业教育协会。该报告书之职业教育改进建议对之后中国职业教育的发展产生了较大影响。One of the important cooperations between the KMT national government and the League of Nations is the investigation on Chinese education by LON.Their survey report covers the problems of inadequate attention to vocational education,fused management,indiscriminate with general education;irrational curriculum,unreasonable entrance examinations,and inadequate teacher training.Countermeasures are offered to promote vocational education,establish the only administration,accomplish a vocational education system,enforce general education,reform teaching methods,and enhance teacher training.They are quite influential upon the Chinese vocational education.
