摘　　要：产学合作是一种国际公认的人才培养途径,从教育发展的历程来看,产学合作几经嬗变,逐渐走向深层次和制度化;在这一发展趋势下,具有行业背景的新建本科院校凸显出产学合作的各种优势,并在人才培养实践中走出一条特色化的产学合作之路。Cooperation between industry and university has been internationally recognized as an effective way for talent training.In the process of educational development,the cooperation between industry and university has been developing into a deeper and more systematic level after several changes.Under this development trend,the newly-established universities has an edge in this cooperation and enjoys a unique way of industry-university cooperation in the practice of talent training.
