摘  要:当今高职教育面临着现实尴尬:一方面职业素质形成缺少应有的熏染时空,难以内化为学生自身的职业品质;另一方面第二课堂活动内容和形式单一,难以引起学生兴趣而影响实效。将第二课堂科学地运用于职业素质的培养意义重大。本文立足于"准职业人"的培养以及"准职业人"的培养与第二课堂的内在关联,构建高职第二课堂活动体系,并从活动组织、活动内容、实施途径和过程管理四个层面提出相应策略,旨在发挥第二课堂在职业素质培养中的作用,努力促成学生理想就业。At present,vocational education is in an embarrassed position: on one hand,there is no enough time and space to imperceptibly influence and improve students′ vocational quality or to internalize it into their own professional character;on the other hand,the Second Classroom Activities are not attractive to students because of the monotonousness of their contents and forms,their effectiveness being reduced.Therefore,it is of great importance to scientifically apply the Second Classroom education to the cultivation of students′ vocational quality.This article constructs the Second Classroom activity system in higher vocational education from the view of "would-be employee" through exploring the inherent correlation between the cultivation of "would-be employees" and the Second Classroom education system,and provides concrete tactics from the aspects of activity organization,activity content,implementation approaches,and process management,aiming at developing the role of the Second Classroom in the cultivation of students′ vocational qualities and endeavoring to facilitate them to find a decent job.
