摘  要:《哥本哈根宣言》将职业教育和培训质量保障确定为一个重要的合作领域,丹麦在该领域发挥了积极作用。丹麦在欧洲职业教育和培训共同质量保障框架下采取了制定国家共同指导方针、吸收利益相关者参与、开展内部评估、实施外部评估、进行产出监测、坚持透明、公开与国际合作等措施。借鉴其经验,我国职业教育和培训质量保障应树立正确的质量观,建立内外部评估体系,构建质量保障的多元主体。In the Copenhagen Declaration, vocational education and training quality was identified as an important area of cooperation. Demark has played an active part in the work to complete the agenda. In Demark, the following measures are described within the frame- work of the Common Quality Assurance Framework: the involvement of stakeholders; com- mon national guidelines; output monitoring using indicators; quality rules; ministerial ap- proval, monitoring and inspection; testing and examinations; transparency and openness; e- valuations by the Danish Evaluation Institute; international cooperation and surveys. Draw- ing lessons from Danish, China should establish a correct concept of quality, and build inter- nal and external assessment system which involves all stakeholders.
