摘　　要：目的通过观察金黄地鼠舌癌发生过程中基质金属蛋白酶-1、基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1的表达情况,探讨MMP-1、TIMP-1的动态变化与舌癌恶性程度及其侵袭的相关性。方法使用DMBA涂抹金黄地鼠舌体建立模型,应用ABC免疫组织化学染色方法分别检测舌黏膜各取材部位中MMP-1、TIMP-1表达情况。结果实验组舌黏膜组织MMP-1和TIMP-1的阳性表达与对照组相比,具有显著差异(P<0.01)二者表达与舌癌病理分级具有显著关系(P<0.01);随着病理分级的进展和涂抹周龄延长,实验组舌黏膜MMP-1和TIMP-1阳性表达率均增强(P<0.01);10 W之前,在相应表达强度下的TIMP-1积分高于MMP-1积分(P<0.01);12 W以后二者关系倒置(P<0.01)。结论 MMP-1、TIMP-1的表达与舌癌进展密切相关,对于舌癌癌前病变早期诊断、判断转归及治疗有重要的意义。【Objective】 To observe expression of MMP-1 and TIMP-1 in tongue cancerization of golden hamsters,and to explore the relativity between dynamic change of MMP-1 and TIMP-1,and the malignant degree of tongue cancer and its invasion.【Methods】 Build a model by painting DMBA on the tongue of golden hamsters,use ABC immunohistochemical staining to test separately expressions of MMP-1 and TIMP-1 in samples adopted from different parts of the tongue mucosa,and analyze relationship between the two.【Results】 Compared with the control group,positive expression of MMP-1 and TIMP-1 in tongue mucosa tissues in the experiment group is with prominent difference（P 0.01）;with progress of pathology grading and prolong of painting week-phase,expressions of both MMP-1 and TIMP-1 in the experiment group increase,with expressions of both prominently related to pathology grading of tongue cancer（P 0.01）.With progress of pathology grading and prolong of painting week-phase,positive expressions of both MMP-1 and TIMP-1 in tongue mucosa in the experiment group increased（P 0.01）;before 10 W,under corresponding expressional intensities,integral of TIMP-1 was higher than that of MMP-1（P 0.01）;after 12 W,the relationship between the two was the opposite（P 0.01）.【Conclusion】 Expression of MMP-1 and TIMP-1 is closely related to progress of tongue cancer,which is of great significance to diagnosis and treatment of tongue cancer in an early phase.
