摘　　要：雷锋精神的本质是对共产主义和中国共产党的坚定信仰,这种信仰的形成主要缘于他苦难的童年、党的亲切关怀、自身的勤奋好学和兢兢业业做好本职工作等四个方面因素。弄清楚雷锋精神形成的动因,对当代大学生信仰教育无疑有着重要启示。Lei Feng spirit is firm belief to communism and the Communist Party of China in essence. The formation of belief is mainly due to four aspects of his miserable childhood, Party＇s genial care, his diligence and efforts to do a good job. Making the formation motivation of Lei Feng spirit clear has undoubtedly important enlightenment on the contemporary college students＇ be- lief education.
