摘　　要：随着我国高等教育事业的发展,高校教师队伍中青年教师的比例越来越大,而随着时代和社会的发展变化,青年教师的信仰越来越多元化、复杂化,并直接地影响到在校大学生人生观﹑世界观的形成和发展。笔者拟从高校青年教师信仰多元化、复杂化以及对大学生的影响方面等进行研究,揭示出青年教师牢固树立马克思主义科学信仰的重要意义。With the development of higher education in our country, the proportion of young teachers in colleges and universities is increasing. Due to the change of time, their beliefs are more diversifying and complicated, and they will directly influence the for- mation of college students＇ values and world views. This paper will study diversification and complication of young teachers＇ beliefs in colleges and universities and the influence on college students in order to reveal the significance that young teachers should firmly establish the belief of Marxism.
