德国农业职业教育的特点及启示

摘　　要：德国农业职业教育培养了大批高素质"农业工人",造就了高度发达的德国农业。德国农业职业教育分为初级培训、继续教育、在职教育三个层次,其特点是管理组织专业化、人才培养实用化、从业资格法律化、师资认证严格化、质量体系评价标准化。相比较中国的农业职业教育还存在一些问题,因此可以借鉴德国的成功经验进行改革。This paper is aimed at exploring the agricultural vocational education in Germany and its implication to China.The agricultural vocational education in Germany has contributed to the success of German agricultural undertakings through training a large number of high-quality ＇agricultural workers＇.The German agricultural vocational education is offered at three levels： primary training,continuous education and in-service education.It is characterized by specialized management,practical talent training,legalized working credentials,teachers＇ authentication and standardized quality appraisal system.Compared with German education,problems can be identified in Chinese agricultural vocational education,whose solution can be obtained through drawing on the German experience.
