摘 要:当前我国城镇化进程中农村学前教育的发展面临政府办园比例不足、办园条件差、师资水平不高、经费投入匮乏等问题。妥善解决农村学前教育的问题,应把扩大农村学前教育资源的"量"和提高农村学前教育的"质"结合起来,明确政府职责,扩大农村学前教育优质资源,拓宽农村幼儿园办园经费筹措渠道,改善幼儿园办园条件,努力提高农村幼儿教师队伍的整体水平。During China's urbanization process, the development of rural pre-school education is facing such problems as insufficient public kindergartens, the poor conditions of kindergartens, low level of faculty and funding scarcity, etc. To properly resolve these problems of rural pre-school education, we should combine the "quantity" and the "quality" of the rural pre-school education in the following aspects. First, the government should make its responsibilities clear. Second, rural pre-school quality resources should be expanded. Third, rural nursery funding channels should be broadened to improve the kindergarten conditions. Lastly,efforts should be made to improve the quality of teachers.
