摘  要:台湾龙华科技大学的师资队伍建设具有对聘任新教师实行三级审查,实行科学合理、全方位的考核制度,鼓励教师积极投入科研、产学合作与国际竞赛,合理安排教学任务,注重企业兼职教师引进与管理,以人为本进行师资培养,鼓励教师兼任行政工作等特点。龙华科技大学在师资管理与培养方面的经验和做法值得大陆高职院校学习与借鉴。The faculty construction of Taiwan Lunghwa University of Science and Technology has the following characteris- tics: having optimal appointment system, executing a scientific, rational and comprehensive evaluation system, actively en- couraging teachers to put in scientific research, industry-university cooperation and international competitions, arranging teaching tasks reasonably, and valuing the introduction and management of part-time teachers. The university also carries out people-oriented faculty training and encourages its teachers to involve in administrative work. These experience and practice of faculty management and training in Lunghwa University of Science and Technoiogy deserves to be learned for higher vocational colleges in the mainland.
