摘  要:针对冷榨亚麻籽油在储存过程中品质劣化等问题,研究采用冷冻脱蜡、固体吸附物理精炼方法对新鲜冷榨亚麻籽油进行处理,并进行4℃和35℃储存试验。研究结果表明:助熔剂煅烧硅藻土对新鲜冷榨亚麻籽油吸附处理并冷冻后离心,可以很好地避免冷榨亚麻籽油在储存过程中产生沉淀,并部分抑制苦味物质的生成;吸附精炼后获得的冷榨亚麻籽油各项质量指标满足GB/T8235—2008一级油质量标准要求;存放温度对亚麻籽油品质有很大影响,低温存放大大延长冷榨亚麻籽油保质期。The fresh cold - pressed linseed oil was refined by frozen dewaxing and solid - absorbance so as to solve the problems of quality deterioration during storage. The refined oils were stored at 4 ℃ and 35 ℃ respectively for storage experiments. The results showed that the cold - pressed linseed oil absorbed by diatomite filter aid and then centrifugated after frozen could effectively avoid producing precipitate, and partly suppressed the producing of bitter substances during storage. The physicoehemical and quality character of the refined oil met the first class pressed oil of national standard ( GB/T 8235--2008 ). The storage temperature affected the quality of the linseed oil greatly and low temperature storage could pro- long the shelf life of cold - pressed linseed oil.
