摘　　要：团队合作对医疗有效性的影响是不言而喻的,提升团队合作能力有助于增强患者安全。本文总结了团队、团队合作、团队合作能力以及团队合作理论模型等相关概念。Alonso模型是众多医疗团队合作理论模型中比较成功的一个,基于它产生的TeamSTEPPS团队合作培训方法也是目前世界上在增强患者安全方面实践较成功的培训方法。然而,不同的医疗团队必须根据团队特征选择培训项目和调节参数才能达到理想的效果。只有选取适当的团队培训方法,努力开发新方法,并结合有效评估工具,才能够最大程度地提高团队合作效能和增强患者安全。The influence of teamwork on medical effectiveness is self-evident. The improvement of the ability of team cooperation contributes to enhance patient safety. This paper summarizes related concepts of team, team cooperation, ability of team cooperation and theory model of team cooperation and so on. The Alonso model is more successful than many other theory models of medical teamwork. Meanwhile, the TeamSTEPPS teamwork training based on it, is also the more successful training practice of enhancing patient safety in the world at present. However, different medical team must select training projects and adjust parameters according to the team feature so as to achieve an ideal effect. Only select the appropriate training methods, strive to develop new methods, and combine with effective assessment tools, can we improve teamwork effectiveness and enhance patient safety furthest.
