摘　　要：以破壁灵芝孢子为主要原料,辅以维生素C研制出破壁灵芝孢子胶囊。产品经安全性毒理学评价,大鼠和小鼠的急性经MTD值均大于10 g/(kg·bw),按急性毒性分级属无毒级;经功能评价表明灵芝孢子胶囊具有增强免疫力的功能;经功效成分稳定性评价表明其具功效成分稳定。The major material was Ganoderma Lucidum Spore Powder, and added VC which could improve immunity to the Ganoderma Lucidum Spore Powder capsule. Through toxicological assessment on safety, the acute oral MTD values of rats and mice were greater than 10 g/（kg-bw）. This capsule was non-toxic according to the classification of acute toxicity and could improve immunity through functional assessment. The functional components were steady through functional components assessment.
