摘　　要：针对成人教育和精细化学品生产技术专业特点,教师在教学过程中通过适当调整教学内容、完善课程教学资料、采用启发式教学方法、严格考核等,使学生学习效率明显提高,教学效果良好。According to the characteristics of adult education and the features of fine chemicals production technology,teachers tried to adjust the teaching contents and improve teaching materials in the teaching process.Furthermore,the heuristic teaching methods and some strict examinations were adopted.Hence students＇ better learning efficiency and more favorable teaching effects were both achieved.
