摘  要:教学和科研是现代大学应有的两项重要职能,其在专业人才培养方面发挥着极其重要的作用。文章针对我国体育院校管理专业教学团队的构建方式及其要求进行了探讨,阐释了科研与教学相互转化的路径和运行机制。研究认为,教学团队的运作机制的建立,是实现教学与科研相互转化的重要条件。尤其指出的是,必须关注教学团队成员在教学与科研的匹配情况,并大力倡导他们成为教学与科研双向和谐型的教师。Teaching and scientific research are the two important functions of modern universities. They are playing a pivotal role in cultivating professional talents. The article discusses the formation and requirements of the teaching groups for the major of sports industry administration in China's physical education institutes. It explains the mutual transformation and operation mechanism of scientific research and teaching. The result of the study shows that the formation of the operation mechanism of a teaching group is of great importance in realizing the mutual transformation of teaching and scientific research. The article points out that we must pay great attention to the matching details of the teaching group members in teaching and scientific research. We should guide them to be two-way harmonious teachers both in teaching and scientific research. And this will help improve the teaching quality.
