摘　　要：主要研究大物流格局下高职院校培养适合社会所需的物流人才问题。通过分析现有物流人才需求现状和培养中存在的问题,提出三维度培养社会所需复合型物流人才的措施。Currently the critical problems existing in cultivating logistics talent are too broad a cultivation, training in accordance with the resources and uneven distribution of cultivation guide. Cultivating compound high level lo- gistics management talent under the large pattern of material flow based on training the technical ability, the sus- tainable development ability and comprehensive ability.
