摘　　要：以新疆乌鲁木齐市维吾尔族中小学双语教师为研究对象,使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)及自编"影响维吾尔族中小学双语教师心理健康因素调查问卷",运用调查研究法对乌鲁木齐市民汉合校小学2所、初中2所、高中2所共205名维吾尔族双语教师心理健康现状进行了调查研究,分析了影响其心理健康的因素,从管理学角度提出了在新疆开展少数民族双语教师心理健康教育的对策。this research chooses the Vigur bilingual teachers at primary and middle schools in the city of Urumuqi as the objective,with the help of the symptom form for self-assessment（SCL-90）and a questionnaire on the affecting factors of the teachers＇ psychological well-being,using the research and study method to
