摘　　要：建筑行业在南通地方经济中占有十分重要的地位,而服务地方经济是地方高职院校的应尽义务和发展基础。面对后经济危机时代和建筑行业快速发展的重要时期,南通职业大学建筑工程学院抓住发展机遇,以服务地方经济为主线,从优化专业结构、深化校企合作、强化职业培训、提高培养质量等方面全面提升办学内涵,并以此促进自身的发展。Construction industry occupies a very important position in Nantong local economy. It is the obligation and development foundation for local vocational colleges to serve the development of local economy. Confronted with post-economic crisis and fast development period of construction industry, School of Civil Engineering, NTVC, should grasp the opportunity and take serving local economy as the main target to enhance education connotation and promote self development from optimizing specialized structure, deepening the cooperation of college-enterprise, strengthening the occupation training, improving the quality of talent cultivation and so on.
