摘　　要：新服务开发作为服务创新领域一个新的研究热点,已日益受到国内外学者的广泛关注,发展至今,研究成果十分显著。通过对2001-2010年国内外相关文献的分析,从新服务开发的相关概念出发,对近10年来新服务开发的最新研究动态进行梳理,归纳了现有新服务开发研究的5类热点问题以及各类问题的研究方法,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。Regarded as a new research hotspot of service innovation, new service development attracts more attention from domestic and foreign scholars,its research results are super remarkable. It analyzed the relevant literatures at home and abroad from 2001 to 2010. First the article provides some related concepts of new service development; Second it focuses on the latest research on new service development in recent ten years and summarizes five research hotspots and their research methods. Finally the future research directions are proposed.
