摘　　要：烟台大樱桃被誉为"果中珍品",以其新鲜、味美、营养价值高和绿色安全的特点广受消费者喜爱。通过对近年来烟台大樱桃栽培状况的调查研究,对烟台大樱桃的品种、营养及药用价值和发展前景略作阐述。YanTai Cherry is called ＂king of the fruit＂. People like it because its delicious,nourishing and good for people＇s health as green food. Here the categories,nutrition and medicinal value and the develop trend about the cherry are summarized on recently scientific research and some literature.
