摘　　要：21世纪是知识经济时代,高新技术企业知识管理的重要性备受瞩目。文章总结了我国高新技术企业知识管理的绩效评估中存在的问题,以期建立一个针对高新技术企业知识管理的绩效评估体系,为企业提供参考。The 21st century is the era of the knowledge economy.The importance of the knowledge management in high-tech enterprise is increasingly concerned.This paper summarizes the existing problems of knowledge management which is assessed by performance evaluation in China＇s high-tech enterprise,in order to establish a performance evaluation system of knowledge management in high-tech enterprise,and provide a reference for the enterprise.
