摘　　要：目的　结合病理分析巨脑回畸形CT表现特点。方法　回顾性分析 7例巨脑回畸形资料。结果　巨脑回畸形CT影像特征性的表现大脑半球脑回增宽 ,脑皮层增厚 ,皮层内表面光滑 ,白质变薄。合并其他脑先天畸形 4例。Objective To study CT appearances of pachygria with their pathological features. Methods 7 cases with pachygria were analysed retrospectively. Results On CT characteristic appearances of the cerebral gyrus was enlarged,cerebral cortex was thick,but the internal surface of cortex was smooth,Cerebral medulla became thin.Accompanying abnormalities were found in 4 casese. Conclusion CT can diagnose pachygria and excellently demonstrate their pathological features. [
