课堂在线直录视频库在家、校协同教育中的应用探析

摘　　要：数字视频在教育领域中应用广泛,利用数字视频可以促进在职教师的专业化发展,实现理论与技能的非实时学习、加速职前教师良好教学习惯的养成和实现优质课堂教学的实时传播。通过开发和使用课堂在线直录视频库,可以让教师准确全面地评价学生,给家长提供有效的建议,反思教学行为,促进教师专业发展;让家长主动介入学校教育,与教师形成良性互动,有针对性地辅导学生的家庭作业;让学生实现自我反思,不断改进自我学习方式,形成良好的学习习惯。Digital video is widely applied in the education field. Digital video can be used to promote the in-service teacher professional development,realize the not real-time learning on the theory and skills,accelerate pre-service teachers＂ teaching habits and realize real-time transmission of high-quality classes. Through developing and using the video library of online recording, for teachers ,it is expected to make an accurate assessment of student, provide effective advices to parents, re- flect the teaching behavior and develop the professional skills. For parents, it is expected to attract themselves to take part in the school education, well interact with teachers and counselling students＂ homework. For students, it is expected to real- ize the self-reflection, continuously improve the learning methods and finally improve the point .
