关于加强新时期高校师德建设的思考

摘　　要：为进一步加强高校师德建设,在对新时期高校部分教师在师德方面存在的学术不端、功利化、教学不认真、对学生不关心、不尊重等问题进行分析的基础上,提出如下对策建议:完善有关师德建设方面的法律法规、创设崇尚师德的良好氛围、设立专门负责师德建设的管理部门、建立合理的师德考评机制、提高高校教师待遇等。In order to enhance the teachers＇ morality construction of colleges and universities,this paper analyses some problems existing in colleges teachers＇ morality in new era,such as academic fraud,utilitarian,teaching half heartedness,unconcern and irreverence to students and so on and simultaneously,puts forward some suggestions： improving the laws and regulations of moral construction;creating a good atmosphere of advocating teachers＇ morality;setting up a specific management department responsible for the construction of teachers＇ morality,establishing a reasonable evaluation mechanism for teachers＇ moral,raising teachers＇ benefits,etc.These measures are expected to supply a standard for evaluating the construction level of colleges teachers＇ morality in new era.
