摘　　要：针对"综合布线技术"课程的特点及教学弊端,引入CDIO工程教育模式,提出了以CDIO培养模式为指南、结合"项目驱动"教学方法、以提高学生的实际就业能力为目标的教学模式。实践表明,该模式激发了学生的学习积极性,提高了学生的工程实践能力和团队协作能力。According to the course characteristic and teaching problems in the ＂Generic Cabling technology＂, introduces the CDIO engineering education model and proposes the educational pattern with CDIO development outline for guidebook, the method of project--oriented, improving students＇ employability as the goal of teaching. Practice shows that the model inspires the students＇ enthusiasm for study and enhances the practice skills and team work ability of students.
