摘　　要：社会转型期产生了大量迁移青少年,迁移和青春期给迁移青少年发展带来了双重挑战和压力,在这种压力和挑战下迁移青少年的心理适应成为衡量迁移青少年发展的重要指标。我国转型期产生的迁移青少年群体社会现实中,自我、环境、社会等是迁移青少年心理适应的影响因素寻求促进青少年心理适应的应对策略,可为青年政策制定提供理论依据。Considering former researches on the growing number of floating adolescents in social transformation period, this study is conducted to analyze the dual pressure as well as challenges they have encountered through fighting in a new place and getting adapted to this critical but subtle phase. Much importance has been put to their psychological and cultural adaptation to the target city and the psychological adjustment has been considered to be one criteria in evaluating their future development. Corresponding solutions will be discussed and suggested for further policy making.
