摘　　要：基于国内外社会网络演变的研究文献,研究了小微企业社会网络演进的特征,并构建了小微企业社会网络动态演进的影响因素模型。提出:小微企业社会网络的演进是层层嵌套推进的动态过程,企业的内部因素(创业者特质、网络化能力和企业发展需求)和企业的外部因素(环境的动态变化)会影响小微企业社会网络的动态演进。Based on the foreign and domestic literature on social network evolution,this paper studies the characteristics of social network evolution of small and micro business,and constructs the model of influencing factors of small and micro business's social network evolution.It considers that the evolution of small and micro business's social network is a dynamic process which is characterized by developing layer upon layer,and the internal factors(including founder's quality,networking capability and development need) and the external environment factors would affect the dynamic evolution of small and micro business's social network.
