摘  要:目的对从奶粉中食源性致病菌考核样中检出的与致病性大肠埃希氏菌O114∶K90(B)发生交叉凝集的阪崎肠杆菌进行鉴定和分析。方法依据食品安全(或食品卫生)国家标准食品微生物学检验部分相关章节,对考核样分离到的菌株采用血清学和生化反应进行检验。结果从考核样中初步检出的血清学凝集结果疑似为致病性大肠埃希氏菌O114∶K90(B),经全面的细菌生长特性实验、全自动细菌鉴定系统,最终鉴定为阪崎肠杆菌。结论在肠道致病菌的鉴定中,即便血清学反应符合的菌株也要结合全面的生化反应结果和生长特性再做出最终的判断。Objective To analyse and identify the cross-agglutination between Enterobacter sakazakii which was detected from the dried milk of assessment sample and pathogenic Escherichia coli Ol14:K90 (B). Methods According to the national standards of food safety or food hygiene, serological and biochemical tests were used in the strains identification which detected from the assessment sample. Results The strain isolated from assessment sample, which suspected as pathogenic Escherichia coli Ol14:K90 (B) initially, was finally identified as Enterobacter sakazakii based on the bacteria growth characteristics and automated bacterial identification analysis. Conclusions To identify the pathogenic enteric bacteria accurately, both serological tests and biochemical reactions should be taken in to consideration during the final judgment.
