摘　　要：城乡教育一体化是把城市教育与农村教育作为一个整体,统筹谋划、相互融合、相互促进、共同发展的过程。目前河南省农村教育存在很多问题阻碍了城乡教育一体化的顺利实施。通过建立新的教育管理体制,完善公共教育财政体制,加大教育投入,整合城乡教育资源等措施推进城乡教育一体化。The integration of urban and rural education is the combination of urban and rural education that is the process of overall plan ning, mutual integration, mutual promotion and mutual development. Current rural education problems become the barriers to implement of the integration of urban and rural education. It is suggested that new education management system be established, publish education financial sys tern be promoted, education investment be increased, urban and rural educational resources be combined, so as to enhance integration of urban and rural education in China.
