摘  要:新型微生物杀虫剂多杀菌素具有生物农药安全性和化学合成农药速效性,对影响经济的重要害虫有极高的活性,本文以刺糖多胞菌为出发菌株,通过自然选育得到出发菌株A6,在能量10keV、剂量1.4×1016ions/cm2的条件下进行氮离子束诱变,获得突变株AN-099;再通过照射距离为30cm的15W紫外灯照射30s进行紫外线复合诱变,获得突变菌株ANU-069,多杀菌素产量达到175.62μg/mL,比出发菌株A6提高了71.42%,比离子束诱变菌株AN-099提高了30.22%,并且此菌株具有良好的遗传稳定性,用于以后的发酵研究。With the properties of both safe biological pesticide and fast effect of agrochemical, spinosad is a new style microbiologica insectivide. As the starting strain Saccaropolysora spinosa, S.spinosa A6 was obtained from lab- oratory preservative strain A0 by natural selection. The mutation breeding of A6 was carried out by nitrogen ion beam under the condition of energy of 10 keV and implantation dose of 1.4×10^16 ions/cm2, and mutant strain AN- 099 was obtained. Then, the strain AN-099 was irradiated for 30s under a distance of 30cm from a UV 15 W lamp. Eventually, a strain ANU-069 was obtained through composite mutagenesis, with the production of spinosad reached to 175.621.~g/mL, which was increased 71.42% and 30.22% in comparison with that of A6 and AN-099, respectively. The strain ANU-069 has a stable hereditary character, and it can be used in the fermentation study further on.
